Returns, Cancellations & Exchange

ALL CASES OF RETURN & EXCHANGE WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF THE CUSTOMER INFORMS US WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER RECEIVING

HERITAGE GARMENTS CO follows a friendly policy to ensure your purchases are free of stress. We offer a “100% Buyer Protection Program” for our valued customers. We are always with you, before and after your purchase. As an additional measure, please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

In all cases of returns & cancellations, you can drop us a mail at crow.store09@gmail.com and we will revert to you within 48-72 working hours.

DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS

Size Exchange: If the customer has any size issue with the product delivered then he/she needs to mail us at crow.store09@gmail.com within 24 hours from the date of delivery of the parcel. If a reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code we will arrange a pick-up for the same place of delivery and re-send the product. The reverse pick-up charges are to be borne by the customer which is Rs 100.

Please Note: Reverse pick-up might not be available on a few pin-codes. In this case, the customer is requested to send it back with the customer's name and mobile on it. Exchange is allowed on size issues only. The exchange will not be issued on product exchange. All purchases made on offers and discounts are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN

We accept returns only if: -

  1. the product has a manufacturing defect.
  2. the size is not what you have ordered.
  3. the product is not what you have ordered.

Our shipping partner will pick up the product from your doorstep and prior information of pickup will be send on your registered mobile number or email id.

The product should be returned in the unused condition and in the original packaging along with the price tags attached; - all labels, packing, barcodes, invoice copy. If any product is returned without any of these then it shall not be accepted for return.

As and when the product is received at our warehouse, we will proceed to inspect the return issue. After the inspection, if your issue of return is valid as per our guidelines, then only we will accept it as a return and will replace it with the desired size of product( in case of manufacturing defect), otherwise, the same product will be shipped back to your address.

Note – If the reason for the return is not valid then the same product will be shipped back to the customer and the shipping charges of INR 200 will be borne by the customer only and if the reason is valid then your product will be shipped with no extra charges.

Note – We do not accept Returns or Exchanges for international orders.

GUIDELINE FOR A VALID EXCHANGE

We only offer size exchange (bigger or smaller), if the required size is not in our  stock, then only customer gets a credit note. Credit note is not granted for any other reason except size issue and same will be valid up to 1 Year only. The exchange is allowed only once per order. The cost of reverse pickup and re-shipping will be borne by the customer only and is non-refundable.

The exchange will only be accepted if the product is unused, unworn, undamaged, with all labels, price tag, invoice attached. If any product does not contain any of these, then it will not be accepted for exchange or return.

We do not accept exchange if the customer does not like the material, color of the product. Before buying any product, customer should go through the product detail and description and have a detailed look at all the pictures before buying. For further assistance you can call us on +91 7737772758

The color of the product might slightly differ from the original product due to the screen resolution of your device. Please do not expect any return and exchange for it.

Anything on sale, discount, voucher, gift card items are non-exchangeable.

Quality Control:- When a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if there is an issue with the product we will resolve it for you.

When Exchange is not accepted?

Exchange not accepted due to colour Difference. 10% Colour difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.

The validity of Credit vouchers issued for exchange will be of 1 Year.

Cancellations by Indian Customer If you have to cancel any order, please do it within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at crow.store09@gmail.com. Such refund will be initiated after deducting the payment gateway charges (2.5%).

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you should email us at crow.store09@gmail.com along with a photo of the damaged product. The mail should be sent within 24 hours of delivery of damaged items in your shipment. In such cases, we offer a solution.

All Custom Duties levied on the products will be borne by the customer.

Cancellations: If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at crow.store09@gmail.com

If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the amount to the card used for making the payment. Such refund will be initiated after deducting the payment gateway charges (2.5%)
